About
You’re here because you want something to change.
You might not know exactly what that is. But something feels wrong.
Perhaps you feel anxious or depressed.
Or maybe you’ve been getting into fights with your spouse, family, or colleagues.
Whatever your problems, they are unique to you.
My name is Jon, a UK-registered therapist with 6 years’ experience.
My job is NOT to give you cookie-cutter advice or lecture you about what you’re doing wrong and what you ‘should’ do instead.
Rather, I am here to help you help yourself get results.
For you, that might mean finding a loving spouse, overcoming an addiction, or becoming more confident.
Thanks to their effort and commitment, I have helped clients from all over the world achieve these things and more.
I won’t pretend it’s always easy. Big changes require dedication and commitment.
But if you’re willing to make the effort, I’m more than happy to help get you where you want to go.

Jon always made me feel heard and was extremely reassuring and calm. I am indebted to him for the way he helped me feel empowered with regards to my mental health.

I attended sessions with Jon for just over a month. I was at a difficult point in my life, yet by the time our sessions ended, I felt I had made immense progress.

Jon hopes clients come to view him, not as a healer or advice-giver, but as a guide whose primary function is to listen. That said, he believes meaningful changes require action, and do not simply result from talking about one’s problems.
